The problems that bring businesses to us

Most of our clients don't call because they want new technology. They call because something has become fragile. A person left, a provider went quiet, or nobody can say for certain how the network is actually wired.

All of it comes back to one root cause: nobody has written down how the place is actually wired. So that is where we start. We document the environment, label the drops, re-key the access and verify the backups. Once there is a known-good baseline on paper, most of these stop being emergencies and start being decisions.

Talk it through: (416) 492-3589

  • My IT person is leaving, or has already left
  • We've outgrown our current IT provider
  • It takes too long to resolve issues
  • I don't feel confident about my technology plan
  • I don't know if we're secure
  • Unexpected IT costs keep coming up
  • My IT department is stretched too thin

Seven service lines. One architecture.

Each line stands on its own, and each one is designed to work with the others. Install work is delivered as a project with documentation, testing and sign-off. Ongoing services run as a monthly subscription you can see and cancel.

Structured like a general contractor

A general contractor doesn't own a plumbing company. They self-perform what they're good at, bring in licensed trades for the rest, and hand you one contract and one person to call.

Everything low-voltage is installed by us: cabling, fiber, racks, switching, wireless, cameras, access control, audio/visual. Where the job needs a licence we don't hold, or a round-the-clock operation no single technician can honestly offer, we bring in the specialist and coordinate them. Either way one account manager owns the job, and the responsibility doesn't move when the labour does.

Before you call

Do you work with small businesses, or only larger companies?

Both. Most of our clients are small and mid-sized businesses across Durham Region: dental and medical offices, warehouses, trades, retail and professional services. We scale the engagement to the site, from a six-drop office to a full building.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes. Structured takeovers are a core part of what we do. We document the environment, secure and re-key access, verify backups, and stabilize operations before changing anything. You keep working throughout.

Do you do the cabling yourselves or subcontract it?

We do it ourselves. Cabling and fiber are the foundation service and they don't leave the building. Work that needs a licence we don't hold goes to a licensed contractor we bring in and coordinate, and helpdesk, NOC and SOC run through a managed-services partner. One account manager either way, and the responsibility stays with us.

Do you offer 24/7 monitoring?

Yes. Live video monitoring with operator verification of surveillance events, plus monitoring of intrusion, flood and freeze alarms. It runs as a monthly subscription and is usually attached to a camera or alarm install. We are not a ULC-listed fire alarm contractor, so we don’t monitor fire alarm signals and will refer you to someone who is.

What does this cost?

We don't publish prices, because a ten-drop office and a full building aren't the same job and a number here would be wrong for one of them. What we do commit to is that scope and price are agreed before any work starts, that what's included as standard is separated from what's quoted as an add-on, and that anything recurring is billed monthly and can be cancelled. Call and describe the site — you'll get a real number, or an honest answer that you don't need the work.

The fastest way to a straight answer is a phone call.

Tell us what's happening and we'll tell you whether it's a twenty-minute fix, a project, or something you shouldn't spend money on at all. No obligation, no script.

  • You speak to a technician, not a call centre
  • Scope and price agreed before any work starts
  • Documentation and test results handed over at sign-off
