IT helpdesk support that gets people working again
Helpdesk quality comes down to one thing: how long your staff sit unable to work. Everything else — ticket systems, portals, dashboards — only matters if it shortens that.
At a glance
- Remote and on-site support
- Published response commitments
- You speak to a technician
- Local — we can actually attend
Remote first, on-site when it matters
Most issues are fastest to fix remotely, and we do. But some things genuinely need somebody standing in front of the hardware — a failed switch, a dead workstation, a printer nobody can reach. Providers without local technicians either can't do that or bill heavily for it.
We're in Oshawa, so attending a site in Durham is a normal part of the service rather than an exception.
Why we document before we support
Support without documentation is archaeology. Every ticket starts with working out how the environment is put together, which is why the same fault takes an hour at one company and ten minutes at another. We build documentation first so tickets get shorter over time rather than longer.
What's included
What you get
- Remote support — Screen sharing and remote fixes for the majority of issues.
- On-site attendance — Local technicians for anything that needs hands on hardware.
- User onboarding & offboarding — New starters set up, leavers' access removed properly.
- Hardware & software support — Workstations, printers, mobiles and business applications.
- Escalation path — Complex issues escalated internally, not bounced back to you.
- Ticket history — A record you can see, so recurring problems get spotted.

Common questions
Before you call
How do staff raise an issue?
Phone, email or the portal — whichever suits the person and the urgency. Urgent things should be a phone call and we won't pretend otherwise.
Do you support home and hybrid workers?
Yes. Remote support doesn't care where someone is sitting, and most issues are resolved without anyone travelling.
Is there a limit on tickets?
Our plans aren't structured to make you hesitate before asking for help — that's how small problems become outages. We'll be clear about what's included when we quote.
What if it's a problem with our software vendor?
We deal with them. Chasing a third-party vendor is exactly the kind of time-consuming work you're paying us to absorb.
