What we mean by it
Infrastructure-led IT
Most IT providers begin at the software layer. They'll manage your Microsoft 365 tenant and your laptops, and when the problem turns out to be a cable in a wall or an access point in the wrong place, they refer you to somebody else.
That referral is where accountability disappears. The IT company blames the cabling contractor, the cabling contractor blames the switch, and you end up coordinating three vendors to solve one problem you didn't cause.
We do the whole stack. The cabling under the floor, the switching, the wireless, the cameras, the access control, the cloud services and the day-to-day support. When something breaks there is exactly one company responsible, and it's us.
It also means we design differently. When you know you'll be supporting a network for the next five years, you label the patch panel properly the first time.

About working with us
Are you a big company or a small one?
Small and deliberately so. You deal with the people doing the work rather than an account manager relaying messages. It also means we turn down work we're not the right fit for instead of stretching to cover it.
Do you work with residential clients as well as businesses?
Yes. Commercial work is the majority of what we do, but we also handle home networks, TV mounting, cameras, smart-home setup and Starlink installs. The same people do both.
Where are you based, and is there an office we can visit?
We're based in Oshawa and work on-site across Durham Region and Clarington. There's no showroom to visit — surveys, installs and service calls all happen at your premises, which is part of why our overheads stay off your invoice.
How do you charge?
Install work is quoted as a fixed scope and price, agreed in writing before anything is ordered. Ongoing services — support plans, monitoring, hosting — are a predictable monthly figure. We'd rather over-explain a quote than surprise you with an invoice.
What happens if something goes wrong after the job is finished?
Installs come with sign-off and warranty, and you keep the documentation and test results. If something fails inside warranty we come back. If it's outside, we'll tell you honestly what it will cost before we start.
Can you take over from another provider or contractor?
Yes, and it's a large part of what we do. We document the environment first, secure and re-key access, then stabilise. You keep working throughout, and we won't badmouth whoever was there before — we'll just show you what we find.
