Partner Network

The people we call when it isn't our job

We don't do everything, and we'd rather say so than take work we're not the best choice for. This is the short list of companies we trust, the technology we build on, and the resources we'd point you to.

How we pick

  • We've worked with them, on real jobs
  • They turn up when they say they will
  • We'd use them on our own premises
  • No paid placements — nobody buys a spot here

A referral is a reputational loan. If we send you to someone and they let you down, that lands on us — which is why this list is short and why nobody pays to be on it.

It works both ways. A good share of our work arrives because an electrician hit a network problem, or a builder needed cabling coordinated before the drywall went up. Naming the people we work alongside is just being honest about how the job actually gets done.

Work alongside us

If you're a trade, contractor or supplier in Durham Region and our work overlaps with yours, get in touch. What we're looking for is simple: you do good work, you communicate, and you turn up.

We'll usually run a small job together before either of us recommends the other publicly. That isn't a formality — it's the entire basis of the list.

Build note — using this page for links, without wrecking it

This page can earn real backlinks, but only while it stays editorial. Worth holding to:

  • Link out with context. Three honest sentences about a partner is what makes a page linkable. A bare logo grid is not.
  • When a partner links back, ask them to point at the relevant service page — cabling, cameras, ServiceM8 — not the homepage. Deep links carry more weight and convert better.
  • Vary the anchor text. Twenty partners all linking with "Redsilicon" reads as coordinated. A natural mix doesn't.
  • Mark any paid or incentivised placement rel="sponsored". Genuine editorial endorsements can stay plain follow links.
  • Keep it short. A curated dozen is an asset; a hundred unrelated links is a link scheme, and Google treats it as one.
  • Add each real partner to this page's ItemList schema as an Organization with its url once it goes live.

Need something we don't do?

Ask anyway. If it isn't our work we'll usually know who should be doing it, and we'd rather point you there than guess at it ourselves.
