It works both ways. A good share of our work arrives because an electrician hit a network problem, or a builder needed cabling coordinated before the drywall went up. Naming the people we work alongside is just being honest about how the job actually gets done.

Small family-run GC covering the east GTA, doing new builds, renovations and commercial fit-outs. You deal with the owner rather than a site manager, which is worth a lot on a fit-out where the cabling, the cameras and three other trades all have to land in the same week.

Fence and deck contractor working across Durham since 1998, with a lifetime workmanship warranty on the structural work. More relevant to us than it sounds: a gate that has to open on a fob, or a camera that needs a post to sit on, is a fencing job before it is an access control job.
