Why your building blocks signal
The materials that make a building efficient are the same ones that block radio. Low-emissivity glass, foil-backed insulation, steel studs and concrete all attenuate cellular badly. It's why a phone works fine in the parking lot and not at a desk twenty metres inside.
A booster takes the usable signal from outside, amplifies it, and redistributes it through internal antennas. The outside signal has to exist — a booster amplifies what's there, it can't create coverage where there is none.
Sizing it correctly
The two things that decide whether a booster works are the strength of the donor signal outside and how many internal antennas you need to cover the space. We measure both before quoting, so you're not sold a single-antenna kit for a 20,000 sq ft warehouse.

Common questions
Before you call
Will a booster work if I have no signal at all outside?
No. A booster amplifies existing signal — it can't create it. If there's genuinely nothing outside the building, the answer is a different technology, and we'll tell you that rather than sell you a booster.
Does it work for all carriers?
The systems we install are broadband and support all major Canadian carriers at once, so it doesn't matter what your staff are on.
Is this legal?
Yes, with compliant equipment installed correctly. We only install carrier-approved units and commission them within limits — a badly set-up booster can interfere with the network, which is why commissioning matters.
Will it help with data as well as calls?
Yes. It improves the underlying signal, so voice, SMS and mobile data all benefit.
