We do not promise same-day dispatch at this distance. A visit is scheduled in advance and, for a smaller job, we will try to pair it with another call in the area rather than make one trip for one fault. The travel charge is disclosed as its own line on the quote before you agree to anything, the same as everywhere else we go.
