Cobourg and Port Hope are two separate lakefront towns roughly ten minutes apart on Highway 401, and Cobourg is the seat of Northumberland County government. Port Hope carries more than 270 heritage-designated buildings, a higher rate of preservation per capita than any other municipality in Canada, concentrated in the Walton Street Heritage Conservation District. Cobourg's own Commercial Core Heritage Conservation District runs along King Street, and its employment lands include Northam Industrial Park, home to Venture13, the county's startup and manufacturing-association hub in a converted post-war brick factory building. Port Hope's own business park adds twelve serviced one-acre-plus lots directly on the 401.

For a booked visit, on time, every time. For something urgent, we are honest that Port Hope is close to an hour away and Cobourg is a little more, so we will tell you a real window on the phone rather than promise a number we cannot hold in 401 traffic.
Do we need a monthly contract if we are a small operation?
Not necessarily. Plenty of businesses around both downtowns use us hourly, and we will say so if that is what suits you. What you give up without a monthly plan is the monitoring that catches a failing backup or a dying drive before it becomes a call to us.
Can you take over from whoever set us up originally without an outage?
